1. About the network
The RPO AI Recruiter Network (recruiter.rpo.ai) is operated by RPO AI. By creating a profile, you agree to these terms. The network connects specialist recruiters with client engagements that RPO AI manages. There is no fee to join.
2. Your profile
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile. Your contact information is never shared with a client without your explicit consent. We may use your profile to match you with client needs and send you match emails (only if you opt in).
3. Match emails and opportunities
When your profile matches a client need, we may send you a match email with the client name, role details and terms. You are under no obligation to respond. If you express interest, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the opportunity before presenting you to the client.
4. Non-solicitation

5. Contractor relationship

6. Acceptable use
You may not provide false information, impersonate others, or use the network for any purpose other than exploring recruiter opportunities with RPO AI clients.
7. Termination
You may delete your profile at any time by emailing info@rpo.ai. We may remove profiles that contain false information or that have been inactive for an extended period.
