RPO AI (“RPO AI,” “we,” “our”) operates the RPO AI Recruiter Network at recruiter.rpo.ai. We connect specialist recruiters with client opportunities. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
What data we collect
- Identity: name, email address, photo (if you sign in with LinkedIn)
- Professional profile: title, experience, industries, companies, placements, work preferences
- Resume: if uploaded, stored privately and used only for profile pre-filling
- Location: city, country, time zone
- Work authorization: countries where you can legally work
- Alert preferences: whether you have opted in to match emails
- Consent records: timestamp and version when you agree to terms or opt in to alerts
How we use your data
- To build your recruiter profile
- To match your profile to client needs and send match emails (only if you opt in)
- To send authentication emails (login codes)
- To operate and improve the service
- We never share your contact information with a client without your explicit consent
